About Us Yarel + Partners is a professional public accounting firm with an innovative service approach and attentiveness to its clients' needs. The firm was established in 1986 by Shimon Yarel, CPA, and is currently being led by its three partners Shimon Yarel, Moshe Lerech and Alexandra Meron. The firm provides a wide variety of professional business services to private, public, international, and local companies, as well as many individuals. The accounting services provided include financial statements audit, tax reports audit and preparation, compilation of financial statements for public companies according to the US GAAP, Israeli GAAP, and IFRS, internal audit, SOX services, financial consultancy, enterprise valuations, due diligence, representation with financial institutions, filing with the SEC and the Israeli security authority, tax planning, and much more. The firm's operations are service oriented and client attentive. We operate with a comprehensive view of the client's needs in order to provide added value to their business, whether dealing with a public or private company or an individual entrepreneur. We assign a team to each client to meet thier professional needs. Each team is highly experienced and motivated to provide the upmost quality service possible. All of our accountants have knowledge and experience in each of the firm's professions, however each of the firm's accountants and professionals specialize in deferent aspects of accounting, taxation, and consultancy, in order to insure precise and effective results to best satisfy the client. Our team consists of 25 employees; 23 of which are professionals and 6 are public accountants, all registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel. Our office is registered as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors in Israel. SEC and PCAOB Yarel + Partners is one on the few CPA firms in Israel receiving the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) approval and authorization to report to the SEC (U.S. Security and Exchange Commission). This was given to our firm by the American Securities Authority, based on the results of a rigorous reviewing process. These approvals allow the firm to engage in auditing and sign auditors' reports of public companies traded in the United States. The firm is also involved in filling financial reports, while external financial auditors of Israeli and foreign companies' financial reports have been filling to the American Securities Authority (SEC) since 1990. Internal Audit Services The firm's internal audit department includes experts with broad experience and the academic accreditation for internal audit practice. The internal audit department additionally provides advisory in risk management, risk surveys, and assistance in review and implicating regulations such as SOX 404, SOX 302, and the Goshen Committee. The internal audit department and the accompanying advisory enable companies and organizations to leverage their business activities. Management Services Yarel Management Services, LTD provides outsourcing management services such as CFO services, controlling services, bookkeeping, payroll, monthly and interim reports, payment services, taxation, business consultancy, and organizational control, while focusing on the unique needs of the high-tech industry. A Subsidiary in Switzerland The firm has a Swiss Subsidiary located in Geneva, Fidusuisse SA, which provides fiduciary services, taxation, accounting, and auditing services. |
