Practicing before the SEC
Our firm was recently reviewed by the SEC office of Chief Accountant and has received the approval to act as auditors of public companies listed on the American Stock Exchange.
As such, the SEC will accept audit reports from Yarel that are included in filings with the Commission.
Why is Cyprus becoming so interesting?
Cyprus has wisely managed to differentiate itself from tax havens and establish itself internationally as one of the most important low tax jurisdiction. It has therefore managed to escape the suspicions and control of the tax authorities of other countries. The country has enacted Tax legislation which has received the approval of the EU and the OECD, remains away of the various black lists of international organizations (OECD, FATF, etc.) Moreover, it now enjoys one of the highest reputations in the world of international financial centers thanks to rigid controls and supervision and anti-money laundering legislation and regulation.

Favorable tax rulings in Geneva
For certain activities, Geneva can be a very interesting alternative. Indeed, the Geneva tax administration grants tax and equity rates that are very attractive for certain types of companies.
For example, a service company benefits from a taxation of 0.92% and a holding company benefits from a taxation of 7.83%.
