Shimon Yarel, CPA
Managing Partner

Shimon Yarel graduated from the Tel-Aviv University with a double major in Economics and Accounting in 1976 and became a CPA in 1979. He was an associate in one of the largest accounting firms in Israel since 1976.
In 1985, Shimon established Yarel + Partners, a medium-sized firm specializing in domestic and international tax, accounting and consultation for investments and business development.

In 1990, Shimon was authorized by the U.S Securities & Exchange Commission to audit Israeli public companies listed on the U.S stock exchange and practice before the SEC.
In 1995, Yarel + Partners became a member of BKR International – an international association of Independent Accountants and Business Advisors.

As the Managing Partner of the firm, Shimon is directly involved with our international affiliation, BKR International.
Shimon handles a diverse client base in his Audit, Taxation and Accounting practice. In addition he provides services in corporate finance and M&A.

Specializes in the representation of assessee versus the Income Tax authorities, National Insurance and V.A.T.

Has vast experience in audit, internal audit, financial comptrollership and management.
Leads the internal audit team working with large public companies.
Has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and audit work.

Hadas Havissar
Trainee in the internal audit department since 2006.
BA in communication and management and currently studying for a master degree in public management with an emphasis on internal audit.
Assists in the preparation of internal audit reports for large public companies.
Assists the internal auditors of the firm for Sarbanes-Oxley projects.
