We offer global investment banking services for Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Partnering and Joint Ventures. Our high level of financial expertise allows us to offer our clients the full management of the Buying or the Selling process including financial engineering, control, succession and taxes.

We focus on mid-size companies, primarily targeting enterprise values in the 2 M to 50 M $ range. The missions are conducted under retained acquisition searches, sell mandates, financial engineering and partnership and consultancy assignments.

Shimon Yarel- the founder and managing partner of BKR Yarel & co. has a wide experience in all the aspects of Buying and Selling all or part of a Company's activity or shares.
He has performed these services for a long list of his clients. Prior to founding Yarel and Partners, Mr. Shimon Yarel has previously practiced for ten years with one of the largest and most prominent accounting firms in Israel and has led the firm's first IPO.
